The toe box felt shorter than my usual 8 wide. I do not have wide feet in other shoes.

The fit fine. What I did not like, the sole was too thick with not much flexibility. The laces were silk like and way too thin for this thick soled shoe. I did love the color, blue.

Really nice shoes, just smaller than normal. I wear a 9 in almost every shoe, but these were too tight in the toes.

I was very excited about the fresh foam and had seen other reviews praising them. Unfortunately after several sessions on the treadmill these really hurt my feet, not sure the foam is that great.

These were fine - not nearly as comfortable as some of the higher end New Balances. But they’re definitely good enough if you want a nice walking shoe. I ended up returning these.

The shoes are - the best work I can use is: flimsy! Even the laces are flimsy. The are comfortable but do not feel sturdy or supportive on my fee. The upper fabric is thin and unconvincing in terms of durability. I will be returning.

They are very cute shoes! But the fit is a little off- I’d say they fit a half size smaller than they should. I also ordered another pair of NB sneakers at the same time, so the length difference is noticeable. They are okay for running errands but not very comfortable for walking more than 10 or so minutes.

I love New Balance and wanted to love these but there was a pouching of sort on the side of one shoe when I walked. Sadly I will need to return.

This shoe just didn't seem to fit me right. I'm going to return it and try another style. It's bad enough that my feet are 2 different sizes, but now I'm going from a medium to a wide. Love getting older!! :-)

I am a New Balance girl, so I was expecting these sneakers to be the usual, comfortable fit that I've come to expect. These are not particularly comfortable, not in the toe or the foot bed. I've worn them a few times, so I can't return them, but I'm pretty disappointed with this style's comfort.

The toe box isn't as large as my Hokas. They weren't as comfortable.

Wanted to love these, very cute walking shoe, New Balance is dependably comfortable -- but returning due to size. I ordered 9.5 Wide, my true size, but my big toes hit the hard front in both shoes (even though my right foot is actually a size 9). I tried lightweight no-show socks and more padded socks, no luck. Grateful for Zappo's return policy! If you get these, I'd advise ordering up at least a half size. The laces make the width very adjustable.

Fit fine but I have very high arches. The insole in these didn’t even touch my arch. Sad because I liked them.

There is a strange bulge on the side (not where my ball of my foot is, more next to my instep). It looked strange. And the shoes weren’t nearly as comfortable as my previous pairs of New Balance. Disappointing.

i needed more support. This shoe is ok, but not enough cushion for my back and walking.

I loved the look of this shoe but the stitching on the side was annoying!!

I've worn New Balance for years and this pair felt tight. My toes were right up to the tip. I wore them in the house for a bit to see if I was just used to my old pair that were loose because I leave the shoelace lose on purpose to slip on and off easier but I just think these are smaller now. Weird!

I have worn New Balance shoes for nearly 10 years. They are the only sneakers in my closet. I have recommended them to all my friends and family when they are looking for a comfortable and supportive shoe for feet that hurt. When my New Balance aren't attractive any longer, they become my gardening shoe, when I buy a new pair. I just love New Balance for comfort and support. I ordered New Balance Fresh Foam Arishi v4 for a new fresher look than the traditional shoes I have been buying. These fit wonderfully. I started out my day with them and continued to wear them as my day progressed. But by noon, I started thinking about my feet. I didn't want to admit that these new shoes were not feeling so good anymore. I really liked them. A few more hours, and it became apparent that if I'm spending my time thinking about my feet, than these are not going to work. I want the comfort of the old style and these weren't like the old New Balance shoes. I will try again with another style and hopefully I can recapture the comfort of New Balance. I will be asking for a refund on these. Thank you Zappos for being my number one place to buy shoes. LM

I was careful choosing this shoe (looked at measurements and many reviews) and surprised to find my toes hitting the end of the shoe in my usual 9 wide. I will exchange for a half size larger and keep fingers crossed..

I am a women’s 9.5/10 in New balance and these fit slightly larger than most. There is no cushion at all, especially compared to New Balance More and 1080. I would go for those if you want any comfort. This style looks really nice but feels cheaper. Did provide space for my wide forefoot and snug on the heel. Spend more in new balance and you really do gain more comfort in padding and ergonomic fit.

Shoe size was fine but there was far less arch and heel support than I expected.
