I have been wearing Gel Kayano well over 10 years. There have been a model here and there that haven't been my favorites, but I just received my 32s and I already love them! Though I am not much of a runner these days, I do a lot of walking. Teaching elementary school, I am on my feet a lot and need the support. My knees, hips, and flat feet know when I have worn anything other than Kayano.

I gave these shoes to my daughter for Christmas and she loves them. She says they are extremely comfortable and stylish!!

Very comfortable shoe , I have flat feet and with my orthotics, these fit perfectly and provide the stability I need.

ive bought these shoes twice already. very comfortable on short and long runs. i went a half size up this time and theyre even better than before.

Had heard the 32 was a narrower fir. I did not find this and my wool socks and my feet fit well without any tightness.

Really good fit and good support. Would buy them again.

I've always preferred Asics over all other brands. This shoe is the best I've ever worn! Comfortable enough to wear all day, not just for workouts.

Best athletic shoe I have ever purchased! I have had bone spur surgery on both feet, and these are the only shoes that provide me with adequate support since my surgeries!

I gave this shoe 4 stars because Im not quite sure I like the color as much as I thought but that has nothing to do with the quality of the shoe. I have severe overpronation and this shoe absolutely has the stability I need. I can tell the difference immediately between this one and other shoes that do not have the same construction. The size fits well. I usually wear a 9.5 in running shoes and generally buy a wide width to accommodate a small bunion but this fit well in the regular width, without any pressure on the bunion. That said, I do think its a little narrower in the toe box than the previous model, which I also have. The comfort level is great. I love the cushioning that makes me feel like Im walking on air. This shoe has become my go-to for casual wear because of the comfort. All in all probably the most comfortable running shoe Ive owned. I should probably also mention that Im a walker and not a runner so it may be different for runners.

The shoes provide the support, stability and comfort that I love. I have bought these shoes in two colors and will be purchasing a third color. They are true to size.

I bought these this week and my back has been feeling better while standing at work. They are perfect for someone who has to stand all day. I love walking long distances in them too. I will definitely be buying a second pair.

Comfortable shoe, had for 1 month. Do squeak is reason for 4. Love color and good arch support for long days as nurse.

Finding a narrow width running shoe is difficult. These shoes are comfortable, fit well and have the right amount of cushion and support. Wish they came in other colors as well, but this shoe works very well for me.

The Gel Kayano-32s are one of the best stability shoes I have bought to date. They already provide good medial arch support, but I opted to pair my personal inserts when wearing as an everyday stability shoe working in healthcare.
