I ordered 12.5 4E. Compared to another major brand, The width is tight which makes me wonder if they are even a 4E and the length is short. Hopefully they will stretch a little. The shoes themselves are solid feeling, made from very good materials, and are very nice looking.
I'd also recommend:

Fit was tighter for right shoe than for left, so shoes will have to be stretched and the ones that arrived were synthetic leather, not real leather, so shoes were disappointing.

i love all the nike air monarch shoes. mostly because they come in extra wide and they are not a mesh type of shoe. i wish nike had more shoe selections in extra wide and leather type of shoe.

I had club feet as a child and have had very very flat feet as a result of that. These shoes are pretty much the only shoe I can wear with comfort all day. Not much arch support which is great for my flat feet and being wide is great as well.

The shoe itself is well made. However, since the day I bought the shoes over a year ago, they squeaked when I walk on any surface. Squeaking coming from lower portion of shoe. Recently they squeaked every time I landed while jump roping. I finally decided to buy a different shoe.

i give only 3 stars. why? my shoes got a little wet and now they squeak like crazy. on top of that when i go to order a new pair they are unavailable. whats happened to nike, at one time you guys were great.
