The tongue isnt separate, hard to get on, no cushion. Love the style but not the fit

I like the style and I pray it will be a good workout shoe for Step Aerobics. I have not worn them yet. I purchased them for the gym for step class because the other Nike shoes I have do not work for class. I read where a cross training shoe was best for working out.

I have been wearing 270's for the past 3 years. Although the arch support in the Metcon 6 felt great, this shoe felt too big at my regular 7.5 size. These shoes also felt much wider than usual.

Very comfortable, a little wider in the toe area. Shoe is light and very flat feeling, I normally order my shoes in youth a 6 unless suggested otherwise. I got these in a 7.5 and they fit perfect.
