TL,DR: highly recommend, the only shoe I wear for strength training and cardio sessions. I strength train and do cardio 5 days a week and have worn the Metcon 4, 5, and now 6. The 6 have been my absolute favorite. For training- super stable for all my lifts and theres enough space to grip the floor with my toes when needed. I do 30-45 minutes of cardio after lifts and I keep these on unless Im doing a walk or run. I wear these to Zumba as well. Much improved from earlier models IMO! For specifics- Im a true size 10 but had to size up to 10.5 for the 4s and 5s. The metcon 6 sizing has improved a lot and I can now get a size 10. The toe bed and middle of the shoe have slightly more room than its predecessor and really help with the flat on the floor feeling. The tabs on the tongue and back greatly help with putting the shoes on without folding in the back heel. The look of the shoe has also been slightly tweaked and is really cute in the gym. Love love love the Metcon and highly recommend!

I’ve owned several pairs of metcons and these are by far the best. The bottoms are hard but the tops are extremely adjustable and supportive at the same time. Absolutely love them!

I don't love this iteration of the Free Metcon as much as the Free Metcon 5. They have more arch support, but less cushioning overall. I also had a hard time finding the right fit. The toe box is wide but the shoe itself is short, so my usual size fit perfectly in terms of width but not length, and a half size up fit perfectly in terms of length but felt too wide. Overall though, a good supportive shoe for gym weight and cardio workouts.

All the Metcon are nice no matter the number 4-5-6.....lol. I have 7 pairs already and adding this new neon light green color to my collection is great. I get compliments no matter which ones I wear and the fit is great

I liked the shoe on my right foot but on my left the shoe kept rubbing up against my ankle. I don’t why that happens.

Way too wide, can't even tighten as the excess material bunches up at the sides. Great looking shoe, just really wide, added my arch supports over the insoles hoping this would take up some of the room, it did not and had to tape the arch supports in as they just moved around the sneaker, tried for a couple of days, sadly not for me :-(

Perfect for gym workouts. Took a star off for style - I find that light colors get dirty quickly in the gym and the only dark option is black.

These shoes are a dream. I was looking for a shoe that works equally well for short distance running (like a mile or so) and strength training. They are incredibly comfortable straight out of the box, and the slight knee pain I'd been experiencing in my old sneakers is now gone, thanks to the great support. I'll be wearing these forever.

Fit is larger and wider than other Nike's in this size. Good for cross training. Did not want to return because worried if sized down it would be too small.

They are a little difficult to get on and off. Once on they are very comfortable with good arch support and traction. I got them in all black and would probably choose differently in the future. They come in many beautiful colors. The toe box is roomy which I love since I have a bunion. I usually size up in Nike shoes. I got a 9 which is my shoe size and the fit is perfect.
