I love TOMS because they are shoes that I can just slip on and head out in. I got the black ones as they go with everything. When I tried to put the shoe on, I had to force my foot into the shoe. It felt very tight. I checked the size to make sure that the size was right. I thought that I had maybe ordered or been sent a kids size 8. I would have returned them if there was a return label in the box, but since there wasn't I decided to keep them and try to break them in. After a few weeks, they're not as tight, but I do still have a little trouble getting them on.

I got my first pair of Toms about a year ago, and they have gotten too ratty to wear to work. So I thought I would buy another pair, since they were so comfortable and low-key. I ordered the exact same style and size, and they hurt! They pinched my foot across the top and wore a blister into my heel. The sole clicks in a plasticky way when I walk. These have changed in quality. At least try a couple sizes, even if you think you know your size. I broke them in okay, but I don't know if I'll buy another pair.

I wanted these to work - they were cute and I could see how they could be quite comfortable - but I was between sizes. I heard they stretch, so I wore the smaller ones around the house for awhile, but they didn't look like they were going to stretch quite enough. Bummer.

I love Toms, my first pair are white and they are a burlap material. I have wide feet, so the 9 is too big and once the 8.5 stretches out they were perfect. For some reason the right shoe was not giving at all, wore it around the house for about an hour/two hours and my feet were starting to ache a little. Not giving up, will order another pair.

I love the style, they are comfortable for wearing around when I am not walking too far but there is not really any support. I do like the flexibility and the material that they are made of though. I found some insoles that I am going to try putting in them. That should do it. Check it out if you're having the same issue.

I normally wear a size 10 but after reading other reviews I ordered a 9½. That was a perfect fit. They are comfortable. I was looking for something a tad dressier than a sneaker and had heard good things about this shoe. My only complaint is that the bottoms are slippery. I slip easily and have to be careful on floors that are not carpeted. That is my only negative.

I've worn through two pairs of these shoes. No, there is no arch support, but I pop in one of my own, and I'm good to go. They are a comfortable and stylish alternative to sandals, and they're washable. They are classics.

These are the cutest shoes but boy were they small. I got my foot into them so the width was OK, but my heel would not go in. I normally wear a 6-1/2 W but can wear 7M. These didn't come close. Really sorry about that because I love the style. It didn't seem worth the hassle to try other sizes.

Kind of surprised, these are stiff and slightly uncomfortable considering the price. I've purchased off brands that were much more comfortable than these. I wouldn't buy them again. Also difficult getting my foot in and when I did, they seemed a little roomy in the length.

I bought these in both a 7 and 7.5 because I couldn't decide which would be the best fit. I decided to go with the 7, which is my usual size in shoes, because the 7.5 slipped off my heel. I have read that they stretch out some, so the smaller size makes the best sense. I'd say these shoes are not for a wide foot. I like the style and color, will be interesting to see how well they wear.

Shoes are very nice, a little tight in the toe box but otherwise good. Sure I will enjoy them.

These are great shoes. I bought them for my daughter who is a college freshman. They are comfortable to walk across campus each day. They go with any outfit!

So sorry to send back but they were half inch shorter than any other pairs I have and I have quite a few....

Sadly, no one with narrow feet should buy these shoes. I would love to buy several pairs of these if the heel was more narrow. They are comfortable and good looking. But I know they will stretch, and my heels are already sloshing around.

I have many pairs of Toms but this pair is very stiff and uncomfortable. I always loved the classic ones and the fit was always right on... this pair just isn't.

Very uncomfortable., The back of the shoe digs into my heel and the sides are scratchy.
