Best present ever for a 13 yr old girl. Don't think about it, just buy her a pair of Tom's from Zappos since they have THE BEST return and shipping policies.

These are the classic Toms you know and love. They fit well and I've already received compliments on them. I was disappointed that the sole wasn't white, but otherwise they look great!! These do not offer real support, but that's nothing new. Great for walking, but I wouldn't replace your sneakers for real support.

One of my many pair of TOMS. These seem to run a half size smaller than all the other pairs I own, but they will eventually stretch.

First off, TOMS is an AMAZING company. Their mission is one of the most unique I've come across. These shoes were at first a little tight and I had to "wiggle" to get my foot in them but after a day of use, it had stretched as most people say it would. I wear a size 6 and I probably could have sized down to a kid's shoe. I can fit my index finger behind my heel but by heel isn't slipping out when I walk. They usually stretch half to a full size. Little to no arch support, which is expected with this classic but my feet don't require arch support so it's fine with me. I received them in red and it's a simple addition to a casual outfit that will definitely add a little flair

Great shoes. Not incredible support but they mold to your feet. Very satisfied. I want more colors. I'm a 10.5 but I ordered the 10s. They fit perfectly fine.

I absolutely love these shoes. I am on my feet all day on concrete floors and these feel great all day. They are so light and cool, I can wear them on the hottest days. They fit perfectly. I really want lots more pairs, because they come in so many fun colors. Sometimes I feel like I am wearing slippers to work, they are that comfortable.

I love toms! They're so comfortable and versatile to wear with lots of different outfits. The red is perfect. And I love that with every purchase toms donates a pair of shoes to a person in need.

I LOVE THESE! TOMS have always been one of my favorite brands. I've always stuck with the black or gray classics but these red ones are amazing. I love the color, the style, everything. I like that these can pretty much be worn with any outfit. I am constantly walking around (walking to and from work, the store, etc) and these are so comfy. I think the biggest reason I am so fond of TOMS is that they donate a pair of shoes to a person in need with every shoe purchase, that is absolutely amazing.

Toms are awesome!!!! At first I wasn't too sure on the size because they felt a little snug but after wearing them for about 1 hour they loosened up and felt perfect. If you're looking for a nice pair of slip on shoes get yourself a pair.

First I just wanna say I love Zappos. You guess are the best. I love tomes and I love ordering from you guess. I got a size 9 and at first I was scared but it fits true to size.

This shoe is very comfortable. I frequently have difficulty with fit as I have bunions but these fit well. I agree they run about a half size large but because of my fit problems, I did not want to go down a half size although I did insert innersoles. Given the comfort, affordable price and great Zapppos service, I will be ordering Toms again; these are my first pair of Toms.

These came earlier then expected. And, can be worn all day without any foot pain. I was surprised at how comfortable these are since, I suffer from plantar fasciitis and most of the time I'm on my feet at work. So far I have not had any problems and wear these often. Thanks Zappos!

The canvas Toms are tight fitting right out the box. Here's how to speed up breaking them in: fill the corners of two zip lock freezer bags (one for each shoe) with just enough water to fit inside the shoes' toes. Place the shoes in the freezer overnight (hint: place the pair of shoes in another bag/container to protect your freezer contents). The expanded ice stretches the canvas. Next day, carefully remove the bags from the toes of the shoes. Insert feet...Ahhhh! Ordering a second pair of Toms.

My daughter loves these shoes. She said they are very comfortable and they are very cute, too. They match everything.

Awesome shoe. Comfy right away. However if you have really high arches, this is not the shoe for you. Especially if you need to be on your feet for a long time.

Comfortable summer shoe. Order a half size down. It takes a little while, but they will soften up and stretch out.

These shoes are comfortable from the first moment you put them on. No break in required. I wear an 8 and bought an 8. Perfect fit! Love them!

These shoes are a good buy. I was a bit worried because my feet are wide, but these shoes are stretching nicely. I like a good arch support and these shoes are much more supportive than I expected them to be based on their appearance. I wear a size 7 or 7.5. Ordered size 7 and am happy with it. Nice, casual shoe.

I had to exchange my first pair of TOMS because they were too big after I wore them. The process so simple and the person I dealt with so very helpful and pleasant.

Very comfy, first pair of Tom's I've owned. Went with 1/2 size down. Very soft foot bed, felt great from first step. 3 stars for style because they just aren't terribly stylish in my opinion. But great for knocking around the house or summer errands.

Toms are consistently comfortable for me. I always buy half a size down for best fit. I have two other pairs but needed black shoes for work where I'm on my feet most of the day as a massage therapist. I like the support yet feels like a minimalist shoe and they are quiet and not heavy.
