The REVEL has great cushion, wish the tongue was bit longer, when you lace the shoe up, the lace slides up a bit. Would like to see the tongue another inch longer to cover the laced up portion.

The revel 6 fits perfectly, but this newer version is quite a bit too small

The heel cup and arch support make an 8+ hour day on my feet as a physical therapist SO much better. I havent had sore feet once since I started wearing these everyday. The laces are pretty long would be my only compliant but you could tuck them or I just leave them how they are.

Not comfortable. These feel like basic sneakers with very little padding. I ordered them to use on a treadmill, but they aren’t going to work. I also ordered the brooks glycerin 22 and there is no comparison comfort-wise.

I seriously hope Brooks continues to make this shoe. It fits me perfectly, although as mentioned you may need to go up half a size. I did, and the arch support, flexibility, and comfort of the shoe makes all my plantar fasciitis problems less. All trouble areas like heels, ankles are well padded. As a bonus, they are streamlined looking instead of clunky. I love them.

Very comfortable. I usually wear an 8 but these feel a lil smaller than the usual Brooks I’ve previously bought. So may want to order 1/2 size up. I’m keeping these bc they’re still comfortable. I’m thinking it may just be the style. O we all I’m happy with them and think they’ll be good support on hospital floors

Nice, springy shoe that helps propel you forward on a walk or light run. Not too much arch support, might not be great for high arches. I have several other Brooks that are better in this regard but I always come back to the Revels because the sole doesn't protrude from the shoe itself - walking down stairs with large foam soles (Glycerin) sometimes catches on stair treads and can trip or cause instability. I would rather go with a shoe with in-line sole that doesn't trip me but doesn't have as much support than go with one that has better support but I can only use when walking or running flat. Would love to see these available in a Wide! Also, the Revel shoelaces are a tad too short, maybe that extra inch would help - have to retie mid-day on each wear. I have these in the orchid color, really beautiful neutral color. These are still my go-to shoe for the sole, but sometimes my feet get a little numb after a day walking in them.

Revel 8 are comfortable. Not as much support as the Ghost. The tongue is a bit small so I have to make sure its centered before I tie the shoes.

I really like these shoes. They fit my feet comfortably. I am a walker, not a runner. I am not crazy about the tongue..how it narrows at the top. The laces keep getting caught under it when I tie my shoes. I wish they had different dark colors. For example: The blue color they had last year. They have a lot of light colors..but I don't want "light" during the winter. I most likely will be purchasing another pair for the spring and summer.

I'm still trying to replace my Hyperion tempos which were the perfect show for me. These come close. They are almost as light weight and comfy. My only criticism is that the toe is somehow a bit clunky and doesn't fit me quite as well.

I am an avid Brooks shopper for work I wear the Glycerins but I needed a pair of shoes for walking the dog. These are ok I wish they had more support in the heel I feel as though I can feel pavement each step I take and my plantar fasciitis kicks in. Would I buy them again? No. I got a good deal on these and had been wanting to try something else I just wish there was more support and BETTER colors.

Overall a good shoe, the back ankle cuff is a little high for my taste, but other than that, its a solid road running shoe.

I loved my Revel 6 shoes. I mostly like the Revel 8. I like real holes for shoelaces and not little pieces of fabric, although thankfully they don't stretch. The tongue is really narrow at the top and slides around even with shoelaces going through it. Yes, I'm picky LOL. I also liked the loop on the back you could use to pull on and wish this was still there. I have a new pair of Revel 6 that I'll use first - will search for more of them.
