The REVEL has great cushion, wish the tongue was bit longer, when you lace the shoe up, the lace slides up a bit. Would like to see the tongue another inch longer to cover the laced up portion.

The heel cup and arch support make an 8+ hour day on my feet as a physical therapist SO much better. I havent had sore feet once since I started wearing these everyday. The laces are pretty long would be my only compliant but you could tuck them or I just leave them how they are.

I love my revel 8 shoes.This is my 3rd pair.Light weight,easy to walk and run in.I never have had to break them in like some new shoes.Recommend them to my friends and family.

I have worn Brooks for several years and these are the MOST comfortable ones yet!! As a busy ER nurse, these get me through an entire shift without any problems! Love the Revels!!

Bought these because I really liked the color, but know I'm seeing the benefits of the shoe itself. Great for being on your feet long periods of time. I'm in dentistry and spend most my time on my feet, so the cushion and comfort of these shoes is a plus. I get a ton of compliments on them each time I wear them to work. Love the streamline design so no bulky heel or toe, just a smooth shoe all around.

Nice, springy shoe that helps propel you forward on a walk or light run. Not too much arch support, might not be great for high arches. I have several other Brooks that are better in this regard but I always come back to the Revels because the sole doesn't protrude from the shoe itself - walking down stairs with large foam soles (Glycerin) sometimes catches on stair treads and can trip or cause instability. I would rather go with a shoe with in-line sole that doesn't trip me but doesn't have as much support than go with one that has better support but I can only use when walking or running flat. Would love to see these available in a Wide! Also, the Revel shoelaces are a tad too short, maybe that extra inch would help - have to retie mid-day on each wear. I have these in the orchid color, really beautiful neutral color. These are still my go-to shoe for the sole, but sometimes my feet get a little numb after a day walking in them.

I love the Revel for my treadmill workouts. This shoe gives me the stability without being over cushy which is exactly what is needed for tread work!
