Not quite a stable as prior versions in terms of lateral stability but very comfortable going north and south. A bigger issue as others have mentioned is toe box is narrower but the wide version only comes in one color. Please add a wide version to other colors.

Ive been a big fan of the Cascadias for years. The 19s are the best yet. The sole is light, grippy, stable, with just the right cushioning for a trail runner that is equally comfortable on the street. These can hike, run or walk anywhere.

I've been wearing the Cascadia models for the last 10 years. Some years I've been happier with the Cascadia model then others. This year is by far the best model for me. It feels just a little more cushioned, very trail comfortable, and more stable as well. The shoe it is quite light weight. I wear a medium wide size so I don't have a lot of choices, and would buy the water proof version if they offered it in the wider sizes.

Really enjoy the Cascadia 19! Perfect for Boise foothills running. Treads grip slick terrain well and very comfortable over rocky trails. Stable and lite. A lot of miles and smiles! A great shoe.

Such a great shoe, the tread is amazing, had to ford a creek last week and climbing out afterward on the bank, there was no slipping. The cushioning suits me gait as well. I love the shoe lace holders as well.

Overall this isn great versatile platform that still performs highly in the domain of running its marketed for. This is an exceptional trail shoe with a rock plate that can handle anything, and traction that will keep you on the trail. This shoe also performs highly as a daily trainer, able to keep up with high demand and giving you a steady grip for when the weather decides to turn on you. Ive also used this shoe in the gym! I do a lot of dynamic workouts requiring me to move throughout my sessions and it holds up! Would 100% recommend this shoe to anyone, from an elite trail runner to a CrossFit athlete!

To be honest, the shoe was good when it came to running but I faced an issue. Im from Qatar and I did samla which is ultramarathon in the desert where you always face sand dunes. I was surprised that this trail running shoe allowed sand to come into it. The shoe didnt made feel comfortable. Im writing this feedback for brooks to consider this detail. I had to tape my shoe all around just to solve this issue

Definitely seems lighter than my last pair of Cascadias. Very comfortable. Great look. High quality!! Best for running/hiking. Not really for casual use, imo.

The fit was good like the Cascadia 18, this 19 felt like it had less plastic to the top of the shoe, feels more like a softer material.
Also the grip is amazing on any surface.
Very nice trail shoe!

Shoe fit great. But for me the heel to toe drop was not enough. Thanks to Zappos for great service!

We bought these for my husband, our foot doctor recommended we buy Brooks, over 2 other well know brands . The wide toe space is what he was looks ing for. He really likes them..

I've had previous versions of the Cascadia and I feel this one is the best yet. I purchased these for a mountain trail race and they did really well, especially on the downhill.

I have been running in brooks for 15 years. These are best shoes I have ever worn. I run in fairly technical routes, 3-4 miles a day. up and down and rocks and ledges and these shoes are comfortable, have great traction and perfect for the trails. Of all the Brooks I have owned these are number 1.

My shoe size is 13.5 and I bought a size 14. The shoes fit great. I really like the traction the outsole provides. I walk about nine miles a day and have had no issues in the first month of using them. I normally wear a narrow width B shoe, but these come in a D. No problems with the width.
