I have been running in Cascadias for the past five years, and unlike some, this is my favorite version so far! I I loved the added cushion, and the wider toe box is nice on long runs on the trail. I have a wider foot, and I can comfortably run in a medium width. As some other reviewers have noted, there is not a technical level of stability (say for rock hopping or extended rocky surfaces), but if you are trail running packed and established trails they are great. I also love that I can comfortably transition from trail to road on the same road without feeling like I need to change shoes.

I've had my Cascadia 19's for a few weeks now and I'm super happy with them. They fit perfectly from day one, no break-in required.

They've changed the shape of the upper, and now the collar rubs up against my ankle bone.

Solid and the bottom traction is great. I bought these in a wide and also a half size larger and they still feel a little snug. I like the shoe stability, my foot feels like it is in better alignment

They dropped the gaiter attachment. That's the only reason I used to buy them.

Great shoe just had knee surgery and I can tell the difference at work wearing this shoe.

These are my go to trail running shoes. The only issue I have is that Ive now had to epoxy my own piece of Velcro on the heel because somehow brooks decided to remove the Velcro that is used to attach the gators. That being said I would still keep getting them. Just think its funny to do away with the Velcro seems like regression not progress

Very happy with the purchase. I was afraid the shoes would squeak or feel like cleats for my casual use but they're not.

This is a really cool shoe! I have been in the hunt for a good trail shoe as I am a newer runner. Everything about this how is great. But for me, I need a touch more cushion. I have been running in the Glycerin, and I wish this had the cushion They are really close! I will try the Caldera next. Either way, Brooks have been the best of all brands Ive tried. Now I am just being nit picky!

Super comfy but rigid enough to provide ample stability where I have previously suffered a midfoot fracture.

One clunky shoe. Im not a runner. I just need shies for casual wesr but a slimmed down type

Excellent fit and traction! Great for hiking, long walks and even at the gym for weight lifting and cardio machines

These are great so far! Ive done a few trail runs in the snow and they are very solid and look great!!
