I bought these shoes for a trip to Italy. I heard that they were comfortable and good to walk in. Well I took a 14 day tour of Italy and these shoes were amazing. Did 3 miles in Pompeii and they felt great, Sassi tour, and Trulli tour, no problem. Mile after mile these shoes were the best walking shoes I have ever had. I would tell anyone who needs a comfortable, reliable shoe to last them miles and miles these are the comfort shoes for you.

I have problem feet (a bunion, history of plantar fascitis, and I wear a custom orthotic) yet these felt perfect, with three straps allowing a custom fit and excellent arch support, but cushy, too. They were comfortable right out of the box. I typically walk two miles a day in them, around town. Everyone compliments them; that little extra bling has been just enough to feel a bit dressy (I wear them with jeans/trousers; if you are taller you could wear with skirt/dress) even while wearing comfort shoes. I got a lovely silvery Kipling bag to go with. With black or denim, the pairing looks nice. I only wish Alegria made oxfords/shoes other than clogs. I just ordered the black and bronze colors. If they feel as great as the silver, then I will wear them non-stop until it is too cold to do otherwise. I love these!

These pretty shoes fit my narrow, bony feet and it is the first time in years that I'm wearing a shoe that doesn't look orthotic. I love that I can adjust them in three places. They also give that all important arch support.

I bought the animal print and I love it, especially with the pretty jewel accent. They are very Glammy. I took them immediately on vacation and I could not believe how comfortable they are! No break in period I got lots of compliments. I will be buying more Alegria shoes in the future. I have a C-D width and these worked perfectly. Zappos amazed me again with getting them to me the day after I ordered. Awesome service!

I had foot surgery in May and was told by the girls in the surgery center that Alegria shoes were comfortable. In fact most of them wear them (Mary Jane style). After being off my foot for 8 weeks, I tried the sandal which works great because of the comfort and the adjustable straps.
