Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)I have a very wide instep, very narrow heel so a slingback is a natural choice (though you can't put orthotics in them, which limits arch support). I also can't really wear heels any more but need to look presentable so this has been my go-to shoe for years. Trotters used to provide more cushioning for the ball of the foot -- for this reason, four stars instead of five. Otherwise a good shoe for nice pants or a skirt, and available in many colors/combinations.
