Let me start by saying these are absolutely GORGEOUS. I love the color (stone grey) and the leather is so soft. The pierced toe hardware is such an exquisite touch. However, they are the most painful shoes I have ever worn. There is coming up pain through my heel in every step. I considered to return them, the only reason I am keeping them, is the unusual design. I can survive wearing them for couple of hours if I do not have to walk or stay on my feet.

Enjoy having unique design, something that isn't seen everywhere. Very comfortable. Was surprised by how fast TBurch delivery was in late December.

So a few things that I didn't see in most reviews:
1. your first wear might not be the most comfortable, but don't lose hope! After a few wears it molds to your foot and feels more comfortable. The first day I wore it I couldnt last more than 3 hours. Now I'm wearing it for the whole day
2. Make sure your foot is allll the way in
3. I bought an arch insert (one of those jelly ones off amazon) to mitigate the height difference that the inverted heel causes- doesnt seem to help me too much but give it a try!
4. Its okay if the leather creases- can't expect any less since it IS leather.
Bottom line- wait a few wears if you've already worn it and can't return
