I was so excited about receiving these shoes - I was already thinking about all the parties I would wear them to! But when I opened the box today, I was disappointed…mostly in the color. It was sooo gold—I thought it was going to be a more matte, muted gold. And the embellishment on the front seemed to “pop out” even more. Then I thought, maybe I’ll buy one of the other colors. So I tried it on. As soon as I put my foot in, it slid forward. Then would I stood up, it slid even more forward. I’m in no way a regular high heel wearer, but I know that if I wore these shoes even 30 minutes, I’d be in pain. I shall be returning them.
