I work in events, so I've been on the lookout for comfortable yet stylish black flats for YEARS. I have wide feet and need some arch support, so most flats just were not cutting it for 10+ hours on my feet. I found myself going back to my Softwalk booties over and over again for winter events, so I decided to try their flats (along with several other brands that ranked highly for comfort). So glad I did. I ran around in these for 12 hours at my last event and then walked a few blocks home. Never once thought to change into sneakers. They are extraordinarily comfortable and the rubber soles make them super durable and not slippy (or loud to walk around in). I sent all of the other contenders back, and ordered a backup pair of these. They're amazing.

First of all, my feet are absolutely terrible -- decades of stilettos, bunions, flat feet, you name it (when my husband first saw me barefoot, he thought I’d been in a catastrophic accident that deformed my feet). We’ll be celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary in January with a blow-out, black-tie party and there’s no way I’m wearing heels that evening. I ordered these shoes in “platinum” (i intend to “bedazzle' them) and THEY FIT!!! Not only do they fit, THEY’RE COMFORTABLE!!! We begin dance lessons for the big event next week and I’m going to be wearing these babies. As a matter of fact, I’m going to order them in other colors as soon as this review is finished. Buy these!

These are quite cute as ballet flats go, the wide width is a true wide , rounded toe is very comfortable without being too matronly. The Burgundy was a fun color as well. Nice black sole with a little grip.

I have a very wide foot with a short toe base-very difficult to fit. These were perfect, even with a high instep and a bunion!

The leather is worn and horrible looking after less than two months. I've worn them every other day or so and the quality is not what I'd expect.
