This shoe was suppose to be a medium & the straps across the toes are elastic and it was still wide !!
The strap across the heel is way too low and uncomfortable
Who is the shoe made for ??
Must be made over seas Poor Quality and a total waste of my time !!

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
The shoes are narrow enough across the foot but cannot be tightened across the heel as much as I would like. I have a very narrow heel but I decided to keep them anyway because they are very comfortable and supportive in the arch area.

Very cute shoe that would have been versatile with pants or a skirt. I was unhappy with the velcro strap fastener at the heel. I had to tighten the strap beyond the end of the available velcro, leaving a lot of extra strap to hang and flop around. This may have been because the shoe was a little too large for me and the reason that have decided to return them.
