these boots were approximately 2 inches shorter than my other size 7.5 sized footwear! as soon as i took these boots out of the box, i knew they were going to be too small even though they were marked on the label as a 7.5 WW size which is my normal size & what I ordered. nothing on the website stated that this boot ran small. unfortunately there were no reviews either which next time I will take as a "red flag" & not order! sending them back! the leather on these boots didn't look like leather on a $120 boot...it looked somewhat cheaper...so that was also disappointing. the leather was very stiff & i had to try several times to zip the boots up (zipper on the back of this boot) to get my foot into them. this was also disappointing.

I always always always wear and 8.5 shoe. In every brand and style. I ordered this in an 8.5 and it was so small that my toes were jammed against the front of the toe. I clearly need to return them. The site need to make sure this boot is marked as fitting a full size smaller than normal.

Cute and comfortable but it doesn’t matter because the zipper doesn’t work. It is so stiff, they are impossible to put on!

I ordered the green in 10WW. The box was labeled 10WW. However, the boots inside the box are a size 6M. Wanted to immediately reorder to get the right size, but it has sold out in the meantime. Disappointed!
