Of the three pairs of black ballet flats I ordered-this pair, Trotters black soft Nappa, and Aerosoles Farmington- this pair felt the most humane. The leather was pliable and thin and forgiving. The thin leather was also a drawback. It was so thin, I could envision my big toe nail working its way through the thin leather. The looked sassy, but didn't think they could stand up to all day on my feet or the amount of walking I like to do. Back they go.

Like. a. glove. How is it possible to go from Birkenstocks to these sleek, feminine flats? Have no idea, but they are incredibly comfortable, stylish, and flattering. I did NOT have to go down in size (unlike many reviews) probably because my foot is wider at the front. Zero break in, zero pain. Leather is like butter, molds to foot instantly. So pleased bought another color and hoping more colors come out.

This is a very pretty ballet flat that looks expensive and stylish. Did not find they ran large--in fact, if you're used to a rounder, more natural toe shape, they may feel a bit snug at first. Luckily the leather is so buttery soft they mold to your feet in minutes. Love.
