Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

I wanted to order my regular size but your size selector recommended a half size larger. When I put my regular size 7-1/2 in the cart, it again, STRONGLY reminded me that it recommended a size 8. SO, I ORDERED THE 8. IT'S TOO LARGE! Now, I have to go through the trouble of a return and a reorder. Please Zappos explain the efficiency of this.
