I tried on a LOT of black heels looking for something comfortable. The pointed toes on all the models made it difficult for comfort. I finally turned to Naturalizer (which I considered, “old lady shoes”) because I could order a W width. That made all the difference. If you need to order Wide go down a 1/2 size. Oh by the way I am 69, but NOT an old lady.

Even though I normally wear an 8 M I've learned to order an 8 W in styles with pointed toes which is what I did with these shoes and they did not disappoint. They have a comfortable heel height and padded foot bed and with the little extra width, my toes don't feel pinched our crowded. These shoes can be worn for hours in comfort.

The color is very faded and uneven as though they've been worn for years despite the perfect condition of the insoles, soles, and taps. It appears the dye has been scuffed or rubbed off significantly in some areas. Very comfortable shoe but all the uneven fading makes them look dingy and raggedy. They're being shipped back.

I love this shoe! The brown crocodile print is so elegant. Unfortunately, the 9.5N were HUGE--a half size too long and not so narrow in the heel. I returned them and ordered the 9N, which are perfect--super cute and comfortable. I would go a half size down if you're thinking of buying this shoe.
