These are adorable too bad I couldn't fit my foot into them. I wear a 7.5-8 and bought these accordingly. They are so narrow that I can't get my foot into them. They are a full size smaller than expected. I like the looks of them and will order a size larger to see if that helps with the width as well.

These are lovely shoes and the perfect shade of green that I wanted. I found the width perfect or even a little roomy (I have width at the ball of my feet but narrow heels) but they are long! I'm wondering if a cobbler could take 1" off the back strap somehow so my foot doesn't slide forward and back? Or put some kind of pad between the top of my foot and the criss cross straps? So frustrating trying to find shoes small enough! Not sure if I will send back or not, but at least I have confidence buying from Zappos with their easy returns.
