Run slightly large, so moved down a half size. Wife loved the way they look and says they are super comfortable. Also, +1 to Zappos for being so easy to do returns and get the shoe that fits correctly!

I forgot that Merrell always runs a half size large for me, so the shoes were too big and I'll be returning them. However, they are really nice looking shoes. I love the colors. The yellow is so subtle. It's a buttery yellow. I would say the it's even better looking in person than in the picture. They weren't amazingly comfortable from what I could tell. I like a cushy shoe that feels nice when you put it on. These aren't that. But you could put in an insole and it would probably go a long way. They also don't seem to be super stiff for a heftier hike. I would call them a light hiker or approach shoe. They are good -looking enough to just be an around town shoe. I also ordered the white and liked the look of them, as well.

Great shoes, they run slightly large. Very comfortable for all day wear.

Wife LOVED them. The look way better than most hiking shoes and have great tracking.
