Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
I really wanted the Margot plain ballerina flat, so I ordered it. Zappos sent the Margot flat, not the Margot plain flat. I returned the wrong shoe, and re-ordered it. Wrong shoe sent again. Called customer service, and the representative checked the availability of the plain flat, and since it was in stock, we processed an exchange. The shoe came again today---it was the Margot flat again. I give up. Zappos usually stellar service has let me down
