PRO: So incredibly cute! I get many complements from folks of all ages every time I wear them. Excellent quality shoe, living up to the Dr. Marten name. They old up to weather. Plenty of room for a slightly wider foot. I ordered my regular size so an orthotic would fit and I'm pleased with the fit. I never wear shoes with less than a 2 1/2" heel so I love that this is a little more of a heal than the usual Doc.
CON: Very VERY heavy. A little clunky feeling due to the weight. Arch support is not good without my orthotic. They are not my go-to because they make me walk like a caveman, which makes me tired and causes me to have back pain. I'm a life long Docs, Madden, Lucky, and Dansko person, so I am used to the heavy and clunky...this one is just a bit too much for me. I'm keeping them because they are super cute and I can tolerate for a couple of hours, but definitely NOT an all day shoe for me.

I felt like I was wearing cement shoes and you could hear me coming a mile away. Took me half and hour to try to thread the strap through the second little metal latch I was literally tired by the time I got them both on. Cute shoe. Poor design.

Without a doubt, please order these a full size smaller! I wear an 8, and read all the reviews about docs running large. They do. I ordered a 7, and these fit perfect. Actually even a smidge roomier than expected. These are ridiculously cute, I love the look. If I can be honest here, I'm not understanding the "air wair" tag? Says " air wair, soles bouncing". Uuuh....my soles are not bouncing. These shoes are very heavy. But, I knew that before I bought. Do they bounce? Heck no. But they are more comfortable than say the 1461 boots that you have to break in. These are heavy but immediately wearable without a need to break in. Just very heavy. Not bouncy. Just thought I'd share. So definately go one full size smaller, and the heaviness will take a bit of gettiing used to. Something I'm willing to do ta rock a pair of Docs. Hope this helps.

I really wanted to like these, but they have no arch support. They are also heavy. I returned them.

Order a size smaller. Purchased these for my wife, wore them with white ankle high socks, cutoff jeans and a white tank top on a recent trip over seas and the amount of compliments she got was awesome. Really cool shoe.
