My toe hit the end of the 11, but it also felt like it was a little difficult to secure the velcro strap, so I think that maybe I could use a little narrower in this one.

Unfortunately, the Evita shoe only comes in whole sizes. I wear a 7 1/2 show. I ordered the size 8 - it was too big; I ordered the size 7 and it was too small. So I guess the shoe is "true to size" and the width was fine. I like that you can remove the insole and insert your own. I really liked the style; it was exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately the show is not made for half sizes.
