i so wanted to love these but my gosh..what huge clunkers..why oh why do they have to put such a rounded toe and to make it worse it curves up like elf shoes but not even nice elf shoes..clunky ones! more like santa's clodhoppers..they run a tad narrow on sides which is odd..i returned these 5 minutes after i opened them

These were completely unwearable. I only had to get one shoe on before I knew these shoes were a NO GO! They were super stiff and super narrow and my foot hurt as soon as I put my foot into it. These might be good for someone with extremely narrow feet, but anyone else will be in pain. These were designed for looks, not for feel. I wear dansko sandals and clogs, and was hoping for something cute for fall, but was surprised and disappointed by how uncomfortable they are.

The reviews on Zappos were not good, but on the Dansko site they were overwhelming positive. The Zappo ones were correct. The boots were extremely stiff and the right boot was more narrow than the left. It felt like a torture device! I was really looking forward to a lace up boot with the foot bed of the professional, maybe some day they'll make one.

I wanted to love these but the insoles were way too hard and overall the silhouette was chunky and unflattering with any pant or dress. I wish Dansko would include insoles for added comfort and the ability to insert custom arch support.
