Some reviewers said they ran small so I sized up 1/2 size; found them too big. So I think they are true to size. Very comfortable with soft material and comfortable footbed with arch support.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
Stiff, unyielding and it felt a full size too small. Plus, there are no real laces, so no way to tighten or loosen on your foot. In addition, one shoe even felt a half size bigger than the other, sliding off my heel, as if they were mismatched or poor QC. Unfortunately, there are too many strikes against these shoes to try for a pair that fits. I'm returning them.
