These fit true to size for me—I’m an 8.5/EUR 39 in almost everything, with low-volume feet, wide at the toes with long toes and a narrow heel. They are beautiful quality with soft leather and classy faux buckles. The arch support might be wonderful for some, but it was too aggressive for my plantar fasciitis, so they’re just not for me.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)I ordered these in my usual size 37 (US 7). They are beautiful and fit very well. I have wide feet, a high instep, and medium to high arches. It’s rather hard to find a truly comfortable, attractive, heeled sling back. I hoped these were it; however, the arch is built fairly high and is very rigid. I’m afraid that after wearing them for a while, my feet would be hurting. Sadly, I’m returning them. They are beautiful and the suede is soft. ?

This is one of my most comfortable sandals for fit. Both straps are adjustable and so it fits my narrow foot. The footbed itself is not too wide. The arch support and the cork wedge make this a wear it all day sandal! I have other Aetrex sandals that are great.

With plantar fascitis these were the only shoes I could wear on vacation - they were amazing. Excellent support, great velcro adjustment at the toe and ankle that doesn't look like a velcro adjustment. Felt I was able to maintain a modicum of fashion for my old lady feet!!
