Hey Zappos,
I ordered a new pair of shoes — not whatever mystery pair you pulled from the back of a return bin. Not only are they the wrong shoes, but they’re used. Like someone clearly took these out for a spin, decided they weren’t it, and y’all thought I wouldn’t notice?
I ordered fresh. You sent funk. Let’s fix this ASAP. I want the right pair, brand new, untouched, and shipped with a little more care than whatever that mess was.

THE WHITES - 2 PAIR OF 10.5 S IN MENS - one pair had 2 differnt soles - they were 2 different shoes - and 1 shoe was defective missing cloth padding on the heel. unlike all other colors which have padding on the heel - the 2nd pair were both defective agin missing the fabric from the heel - so just a foan/rubber with exposed stiching that wouould blister your heel if you tried to wear it
