Now, 30 years later, the Shadow 5000 has transcended its sporting roots and evolved into a modern classic. Shock-absorbing EVA midsole to bring the comfort of the shoes to the next level. XT-600 triangular lug rubber gives the shoes a higher grip. The low-top sneakers feature classic mesh and suede upper with a soft-touch collar and tongue lining.

The size and fit are ok. The shoe is very hard and unforgiving right under the big toe joint, i.e. bunions if you have them.
