Firstly, these slippers are cute! I bought them because I have wide feet, and I thought the knit would give a bit. The length and width were perfect (size 8, ordered an 8.) However, these were the hardest shoes I’ve ever put on my feet. Harder than my Danskos. The heel was like standing on a concrete slab. It was actually shocking. All of my comfy, never to be retired Uggs are around 8-10 years old. The quality and comfort has changed dramatically since those days unfortunately. (Though I do love the current Ugg waterproof winter boots.) So, to sum it up - they look cute, but only purchase if you have feet that are as tough as nails, and enjoy punishment.

I don't think i have ever written a product review in my life but I felt compelled to share my input. I am an UGG lover, i have many pairs of their boots. These slippers are HORRIBLE. The sole is hard as a rock and it has a heel to it which makes them even more uncomfortable. Definitely not as great quality as their other products.

I have been wearing Uggs for over 10 yr. My current purchase are the most uncomfortable Uggs I've ever owned, the sole doesn't bend. It's super cheaply made, very disappointed.

LOVE my Uggs! I need the arch support due to plantar fasciitis and fibromylegia so they are well worth the price! The warmth is also an added plus! Hopefully the heels stay intact...lately have found they tend to wear out sooner than expected! AND as always, Zappos is just awesome The delivery and packaging is well done and never disappoints!
