I ordered the pajama blue boots in size 8. I have several pairs of uggs and always buy an 8. This pair arrived and was was to tight. My toes were so squished, I didn't think I could wear them to break them in. I called customer service and they said that the company has made a few changes to the new boots and they run a little smaller now. Zappos had the size 9 at my house the next day. They worked great. ORDER SIZE UP IN CLASSIC 2 FROM YOUR PREVIOUS PURCHASE SIZE IN CLASSIC 1. Love Zappos and Uggs!

I just want to say I LOVED my uggs!! 2 weeks ago I was hit by a drunk driver (thank God I'm here). I was wearing my uggs at the time. I don't know what did it but my right foot would have been sliced open from my big toe up my leg to the top of my boot, had I not had them on. It was my boot that got sliced instead and I only ended up with 2 little cuts on my foot and leg. I would definitely love to own another pair.

Today is a rainy day after snow. I avoided the water when I walk on the street, but still the boots, classic boot II, not water proof at all. Full of water in the boots. And I have to wear it all day. I bought UGG again because it said water proof

I have always loved UGG boots, and own several pairs and different styles. The Classic Short has been a long term favorite, and after 10 years of great use with the original sand color, I decided to treat myself to a new pair of the grey color, and the upgraded features seemed to be a nice addition. I am a size seven normally, and generally wear a size 6 in the classic short. I ordered both a six and a seven, just to be sure. It turned out the size seven fit much more comfortably than the six. My foot size may have changed, the boots may have changed, but, ordering my normal shoe size worked for me, and they fit beautifully. I love this pair, and have been wearing them daily. I love that they are now stain and water resistant. I am not sure what advice I would give about sizing. For me, sizing up to my normal size worked best, but I am also aware some people feel these boots should be sized up. Either way, I love them, and I am glad Zappos has a great return policy!

Don't get me wrong, if water is poured on these, the water would fall right off. However I was highly disappointed when I stepped in some slushy snow yesterday by accident and they got stained. With my other uggs, I never trusted them in snowy conditions but since these are supposed to be waterproof I decided let me give them a try since they're my warmest boots to wear in that weather condition. Come to find out I should've never done so. I'm so mad that they are still stained from yesterday.
