My partner wears these on our hard floors and says they help with her plantar fasciitis. They have a great arch support without being too rigid, so they still feel like a cozy slipper. A little snug around the collar/toggle, so she wears them either without socks or only with a thin sock. The wool is not scratchy, and the soles are grippy on tiles and stairs. She wears them year round.

Sanita is a great comfort shoe but this 2024 Lodge slipper had such a narrow & short opening that nobody could put their foot into them.
I’ve had the Lodge before & it has a much longer opening. Disappointed!

I broke my little toe last year and I still can't bear any pressure on it so was looking fora wide toe box which this shoe has but the heal was too wide for me.
