I'm not a huge fan of the look (thus the 3 stars for style), but these clogs are comfy! I wear a 6-1/2 in heels and flats and a 7-1/2 running shoe. Size 37 works for me. The black patent is easy to care for compared to the cabrio and nubuck. Sanitas are hand-made in Europe vs the Chinese-made Danskos (since their split), which is why I chose Sanita.

Yet another disappointment -- like almost all Dansko clogs these do not come in a narrow width. After all these years, there are only 3 clogs available -- black, brown and cordovan; I personally know at least 20 women with narrow feet who are shut out. What's the matter with this?

I love these! This is my second pair of patents. My first pair were Danskos, but I found that the Sanitas fit better and give me more support.

Should have believed the previous reviews. These run at least one size small if not two. I have been wearing Danskos and Sanitas for over 10 years and have always been a 40 but, alas, these are way too small so back they go. Too bad 'cause they are super cute.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
These are great looking especially with boring scrubs, but after only a few months of indoor wear the soles cracked and crumbled apart. The Sanita company is charging a high end price for a poor quality shoe. Zappos has awesome customer service and helped me out with them as it's not Zappos fault Sanita makes a low quality shoe. Buy something else from Zappos.
