I tried this shoe in my normal Sanita size and it was too roomy. So I went a size down and the length is fine, but the fit is still too loose. It's a shame - it's a very cute shoe, but it just isn't working for my foot.

Very ice shoes, however, they are very wide, and I wear a medium/ regular. I feel that I would lose or fall out of them. Can I exchange for a narrow pair?

When this style was offered approximately 10 years ago it ran narrow and fit perfectly. These actually fit quite wide so I cannot keep them.

Another disappointing pair of shoes from Sanita. I LOVE Sanita, but since they split from Dansko, the quality is totally unreliable. In this case, the straps at the top of the shoe are too narrow--they squeeze my toes--but the straps around the instep are too wide--they don't hold my foot snug. I've been wearing Sanita and Dansko for decades, and I generally prefer Sanita, but the sizing and fit are off more than half the time.

I've worn open back Sanita clogs for years (I literally live in them) and was excited to try this option for Spring - but sadly even though I ordered my normal size (39) the fit was quite loose - I'm used to wearing my clogs without socks and they still fit snug to my feet, but my foot was sliding around in the Monika. I want to try a size down but they are currently sold out. Fingers crossed a smaller size will work - they are very cute and I love the comfort of the Sanita footbed.
