Looks good, has a great heel cup to lock your foot in. Fits my orthotics great, but I would say it's about a half size large. I wear an 11.5 in the NB 255 and went down to an 11 in the 272

Shoes came with both lace loops on the tongues torn and dangling, multiple stitches undone throughout, and the material is awful and barely lasted a week of skating. NB# isn't what it used to be.
