Two years ago, bought the white and gold pair and had used those pretty consistently for about two years! I loved them so so much! Very sturdy shoes withheld a lot of movement and a lot of playing time. Points of wear would be around the toes due to diving, and the heels on the inside of the shoe because I have my own inserts. Otherwise, I knew I liked these pairs so I bought them again in the navy blue! True to size and they wear in very well! I'm a 8.5 without wearing ankle braces. I'm also a huge mizuno fan, my favorite volleyball shoes I've had

I could not even get these on. I did not realize the tongue was attached. I have orthotics and could not get them in because of that. Very
pretty shoe, but cannot get them on. Sorry.
