I have some Thorlos I bought in 2001 which still show no signs of wear, and I wear them all the time. I just received these Coolmax Light Hikers yesterday for me & my kids (ordered the 6-pack since all 4 of us wear the same size). You should have heard the “oooh’s” and “aaaah’s” when they tried them on!! I then ordered a size larger for my husband, and I see on the tracking that I will receive these today with no additional shipping costs! Zappos is awesome!!

I purchased these socks in preparation for a trip to Hells Canyon. I don't do a lot of hiking, just on vacations, and am always limited by my feet. These socks were SO comfortable; cushioned my feet in all the right places. I have thick calves and am always afraid that the sock cuff will dig in, but I didn't have that problem with these socks. I feel very happy to have successfully found an answer to one of my chronic problems--how to make my feet as happy as the rest of me while on vacation!

Have worn them all day with no problems in 40-80 degree weather (spring in the desert southwest). Probably will be too hot for our summers, so a 3 season sock around here. No blisters, no binding. Very soft. Love these. Worth the price.
