The length size of this sneaker is just fine, however, this is not a medium width sneaker though. It is narrower than what is indicated. While I wear a size 13 shoe overall, fortunately my feet are not very wide, so I was able to fit into this shoe without a problem and my feet don't feel cramped walking around my bedroom and in the hallway despite the snarrower profile. I haven't walked outside with them on yet which is really where the real test begins, but I feel these sneakers will feel comfortable and just fine. I read some other reviews about this sneaker, so I was somewhat concerned about the width, not so much the overall 13 size length. However, if worse came to worse, I could return the shoes, so there was no risk involved with ordering this sneaker. Anyway, the shoe physique design is very nice. It has a suede-like feel and look to it even though it is NOT suede, but a "polyurethane upper with perforations". I love the tan nubuck color (aka a wheat color) and because of the nuetral color, this sneaker will match a number of outfits that I have. Having them on looks very AWESOME, I will say. Overall, without a spin outside with them on just yet, I recommended these sneakers provided you don't very wide feet.

Looks cool and I really liked these but the toe box was too narrow for me even at a half size larger than I normally wear.

Didn't love them. Seemed like a cheap option and felt cheap.

you would have to have a ballerinas foot to insert it in to this shoe, even at a size larger. And the return process is way more cumbersome than it used to be.
