Love the More Fresh Foam v3. The v4 & v5 are not as wide in the width. Not enough room above the toes. Sad that they did away with the v3.

It is so tight in the area right above the toes it cuts off circulation and I get numb toes. I always wear 11 and I bought these in 11.5 and still it is too tight. I loved the More v3 and hate the More v5.

I am 11.5 wide foot, I ordered 12 and fits perfect. I am a nurse and be standing long periods of time and this so far are the most comfortable I have.

I tried 5 different pairs of sneakers, and this one felt the best. I have metatarsalgia, and the soft footbed was the easiest on my heel and ball of my foot. I got a wide size, so there's plenty of room for my toes to splay, and/or to wear ZenToes gel pads.
