I ordered a size 15 and received a size 8 wide. Had to spend time boxing it up, returning it and waiting for the refund to order the right size. Very frustrating.

Look like they're vented but are actually very hot. Feet sweat with cotton socks. In the past NB wide was perfect. These feel a little tight for a wide. Maybe need breaking in some more. Overall a well made shoe.

I’ve worn size 15 in new balance for years my left foot has some minor swelling so I ordered a 15 wide but seems like they fit like a 13 or 14 regular even on my other foot. Returned them which is easy at Zappos and ordered a different brand
