After having for about a month I have noticed that the sole of the shoe is pealing off of the cheap wood on the heel. There could be extra padding on the top part of the shoe, it's a little sharp from the rivets

I have many boots in my closet and adding this Lodge boot is a step-up in my opinion. Comfortable, quality workmanship and stylish. Wore these all day without any fatigue!

The size and fit were perfect. I wear a size 12, and the boot fits perfectly. I've received many compliments on the boots after only wearing them a few times; and, "I mean, seriously, how often do you really look at a man's shoes?"

Style is great, have worn daily for less that a year. Sadly, the sole is already falling apart, may or may not have repaired. Probably will buy another brand.

Great boots, however both pairs I got are falling apart after a few months of use. The heel on the right boot of the black pair has separated and the inside leather on the right brown boot I got is separating from the sole. These are cheaply made. They are great boots otherwise - look great, great fit, very comfortable with all day wear. A shame!
