I have been a Cole Hann user for many years. even though I bought this item on July, and used it very little (maybe once or twice a week) all of the sudden the shoe is broken on top closure edges attached some photos .

Also recommend

I just want a refund to puechase similar shoes. Cole Hann, Florsheim, Clarks, Ecco, etc
