What a disappointing decline in quality. I own two other Hobo wristlets (bought within the last 5 years) that look similar but this one is half an inch shorter, with a nylon zipper (instead of metal) and flimsier leather. Thank you, Zappos, for making returns so easy. No thanks to Hobo for cutting corners and putting out an inferior product.

I'm like Goldilocks when it comes to bags: not enough pockets, too many pockets, too small, too big, wrong color, too heavy, not durable enough the list goes on! So I was looking for something that could double as a wallet that I throw in my tote for work days, and a clutch that already has my cards, money, and lip gloss, and still enough room to add my phone and keys to, when I'm running errands, going out for a meal, etc. Previously, I had the Keen Hazel Wrist Wallet in Khaki. It did all those miraculous things and it's made of recycled aluminum and cork vegan suede (bonus!). But after a year and a half, it got abused badly. And, after realizing how much I use it as a clutch these days, I wanted it to be a little less "casual." Sure the Keen had function, but I wanted some style too! First, I purchased a Hobo Lauren in Stone Vintage leather (grey) wallet (not from this site). Although it did fit everything I wanted, it could barely close. It seemed like, with all those pockets, there's little room left for things to put in them! So after spending a day looking everywhere a my local, pathetic mall, I lost my patience for brick and mortar and did some late night shopping here. I couldn't decide which I liked better, Hobo Vida, also in Stone Vintage Leather, or Harvey's Seatbelt Bag Hipster in Storm (silver). That's what I love about Zappos - free shipping, free returns - so you can get a first hand look at both, then decide. Bonus, it comes within 2 days! Upon first opening the box, I was leaning toward Harvey's Hipster, because it's such a fun and unique material, seems durable and roomier. And the silver color is far more beautiful than the Hobo Stone Vintage Leather. But when I put my wallet belongings in there, it was hard to configure with so little pockets. Then, the phone and keys test. Not as roomy as I first expected. Although the material it is made from seems practically indestructible, it also makes for a heavy bag. Not good if I want to throw it into my tote that I wear on my shoulder and I already have chronic shoulder issues Then came the test for Hobo Vida. Yes, it's quite boring sitting next to Harvey's. But if this is to be an everyday bag, I did want it to be fairly neutral. One thing I do love about it is it's simplicity with cute attachment of strap. It also fit my wallet belongings, with just the right amount of pockets. And, there was still enough room left to fit my phone and keys without it looking too bulgy. That's what I was most worried about, but now after carrying this thing around now for a couple weeks, the leather has broken-in and forms around whatever it's carrying, so even less bulge. It's also sleek, it's easy to carry under your arm or use the strap around your wrist if you don't have any hands available. I've even taken it to a weekend full of concerts in the desert and found myself dancing with it in hand without it getting in my way. I just hope it doesn't start falling apart as other reviewers have mentioned. Now that I've fallen in love with it, I'll be so bummed if it does!

I love the Hobo Vida. I have carried a wristlet in one form or another for years. I got the Vida earlier this year when my old wristlet wore out. The Vida is a little bigger than a 'wristlet'. It's more of a small clutch which is fine. It fits with ease into my office / computer tote and it is classy and it looks great when I go to business or evening events and need a clutch. The Vida is full of great pockets and spaces for credit cards, change, cash, etc. The photos on Zappos just do not show how great the interior is. I can stash the full contingent of credit cars, business cards, my phone, and my very clunky car fob inside with ease. I bought a little carabiner for my key ring and clip my keys inside (clipping to the inside of the wristlet ring) and now I never worry about losing my keys. I love this bag. Now that it is fall, I plan to order another in a fall color.

Loved the concept but sadly not big enough to fit my prescription sunglasses AND my iphone at the same time -- BOO! Bsck it went... I heart Zappos!

Lovely wallet/wristlet, just perfect for the essentials including iPhone6+, keys, lipstick, cards, and coins, It feels great in your hand. Gets softer every day, loving the unusual green color. If I need something bigger, it simply gets tossed in my big bags and ready to go. I've spent years trying to get used to a crossbody but hated them, their straps tangled up in seat belts, and among everything else in your bigger bag. This hobo wristlet is the perfect solution for "quick runs" to the store, to get the kids, etc. Again, just perfect.
