Their foam insole delivers cushioned comfort. Recraftable, these ankle-high hiking shoes are eligible to be resoled and reconditioned.

I tend to pronate and these shoes worked well. The heel area is made for a womans foot and fit my feet very well, as I find some of the Danner shoes are a bit too wide in the heel area. Great all-around shoe and it looks great as well. It is of a lighter weight, but still sturdy.

I ordered a size 8. 5 , it was too short. I exchanged for a size 9 which was way too big. This is the second pair of shoes Ive tried to buy and experienced the same issue with both styles. I think the quality of Danner shoes is excellent, I just havent found the right style for me yet. As a side note, I am unable to order several styles because they are restricted from being shipped to California because of pfas.
