Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
These were a huge disappointment. I bought them to replace a pair of insulated lobster-claw mittens that are falling apart (and no longer available). I specifically need them to be warm in temperatures below 30°F, and they’re not even warm at 35°F! Obviously, I cut the tags off to wear them, so I cannot return. The manufacturer claims a 90-day trial period, so maybe I’ll reach out to Brooks.
