The soul is a bit hard, but overall comfortable. The style didn't work for me, I thought it was going to be more of a shoe I could wear as a ballet flat, but on me it looked more like a slipper.

I was so disappointed - the shoe looked so pretty, and when I saw it , it was clunky overwhelmingly bulky. Didn''t fit at all - length was fine, but did not fit foot al all.
