Very comfortable- light shoe with a roomy toe box a cute style

(What's this?)A good shoe until you realize that the mid-foot isn’t wide like the toe box, it’s narrower than the heel. Even the provided insoles hung 5mm off the footbed medially and provided no arch support at all, and these were the “wide”. When combined with the rocker, the narrow mid forces over pronation with my width and immediate pain.

I purchased a size 11W for walking and was excited at first. The toebox is roomy and the shoes fit well. But after a few months, the cushioning on the sides of the shoes have worn down and the shoes are uncomfortable. My feet now lean towards the outside of the shoes. I am now searching for other sneakers with more stability for a plus size woman with shoebox size feet.

(What's this?)I like the rocker and the fit but they were too cushiony and my knee hurt after wearing them.

HUGE disappointment! I have a pair of original Atmos, which I loved. They were comfortable and supportive right out of the box. I have congenital bunions on both feet, and the original Atmos had plenty of room for my forefoot to naturally spread yet accommodated my narrow heels. Plus, my bunions did not push out the fabric due to the wider toe box, so the material did not wear out. The toe box on the Atmos 2 is much narrower, so the bunions bulge the material out on each side, and they do not feel nearly as plush as the original Atmos. I am returning them, and I do NOT recommend these shoes.

(What's this?)New design is now too narrow for my feet. Will need to switch brands unless they change back

I found that the toe box isn't as wide as in other Topo shoes like the Ultraventure, so I'm returning these. It seems they aren't available right now in Wide--which may or may not have worked.

I’m female, have narrow feet, wear toeless compression socks daily, and these fit great with a few lacing tricks. I also replaced the insole with the Naboso red arch support (as I do for all sneakers). I love the stability, cushion, and room for my toes to spread naturally. An old Achilles injury requires some heel lift, and these Topo’s provide that without going overboard. Can’t speak to longevity yet, but they’ve held up well in the short time I’ve had them.

(What's this?)Excellent Fit for Toe-bed! I have bunions & these needed no "break-in" to make them comfortable :-)

(What's this?)I bought this shoe for its wide toe box. Topo is one of the few companies that actually design their shoes to fit the foot as opposed to satisfying some toe-crunching design aesthetic. This shoe has done well for me. Unlike some other minimalist-type shoes, though, it does tend to hug the midfoot more, and that gives it a feeling of also providing some arch support.

I wanted to love this gorgeous shoe but I had to return. The Phantom has been my favorite Topo shoe; however, this new edition was a bit more narrow than prior ones. My wide feet need more space in the toe area to accommodate a toe issue. If they had this color in the regular, as opposed to the waterproof, I would definitely buy it.

(What's this?)I love these shoes. They are just what I needed. My only issue is sweaty feet when I wear them without socks. But with socks they’re perfect!

Very comfortable!!! Trying these out to replace my gel kayanos … I’ve been wearing gel kayanos for 20 plus years , they are not very supportive anymore.

I use the Atmos for everyday activity including walking my dog, running errands, visiting friends and just sitting around the house.

(What's this?)These are great. I bought them due to a bone spur and needed a wider toe box. They fit super comfortably!

(What's this?)I wore New Balance 840 running shoes in 10.5 wide for years. The big toe box accommodated by bunions. After they were discontinued I tried NB 880 (cut much trimmer, most noticeable in the toe box), not happy with them. Found happiness with the Brooks Glycerin 21 in 11 wide -- big enough toe box and wonderful cushioning. When they wore out Brooks had moved on to the Glycerin 22, which had a smaller toe box. I passed. Next tried Saucony Triumph (too narrow for bunions, even in wide width). I waited for the Glycerin 23 model to come out and am wearing those. Toe box is smaller than the 21 model but wearable for me. I also bought this pair of Topo Atmos 2. Wonderful, comfortable toe box and great cushioning! However, they have a 5 mm drop and I was coming from a 10 mm drop in the Glycerine 21 model, so for now the Topos are my everyday shoes as I see if I adjust well to the drop difference.

The fit is great. The offset sole takes a little getting used to. I only use these for inside on the treadmill, and I enjoy them very much.

(What's this?)Bought these because Altra, my longtime go-to wide toe box hiking shoe discontinued a similar model. For the Topo to be a comfortable size is a larger shoe, which surprised me--except that other reviewers warned to size up. This is probably the closest thing to the Altra Lone Pine 2 mid-rise All Weather now out there. The Topo feels a little bit stiffer in the sole, and hits slightly lower above the heel. I'm hoping it will be as great. Will revise this review if after longer use I find more to say.

(What's this?)These are the best recovery/easy run shoes! The foam is really cushiony and forgiving but they're stable and the wide toe box is a game changer. Highly recommend!

(What's this?)The Magnifly 5 version is not great. I loved the Magnifly 4, they were much more sturdy, had more cushion, were more comfortable and fit better. The 4s also were way more durable, looked cuter for a longer time. The 5s start falling apart faster and look worn very quickly. I ordered these again hoping something may have changed since they have not updated this version for a while, but nothing has changed. I have taken to looking for the 4 version on ebay and poshmark.

(What's this?)The Pursuit 2 is a game changer. The wide toe box, zero drop, and cushioning make this shoe a great trail running shoe. They are also great hiking shoes. I've hiked hundreds of miles in these shoe without a single issue.
