Great recovery shoe.

I love the Topos trail running shoes because of the arch support and cushioning. I use them for hiking, so I decided to try one of their hiking shoes. These were extremely comfortable but stiffer and had less cushion than the running shoes.

I have duck feet -- narrow heels, but need width and depth at the toes due to bunions and hammer toes. I've finally found a walking shoe that is designed for my type of feet! These were perfect in every way, and Topo is now going to be my go-to brand for athletic type shoes. My ONLY complaint with these shoes is that the color I got -- sage -- is really more of a blue/gray. It is not green at all, and I was really wanting a sage green. But I am keeping them because they feel so perfect.

Finally, enough padding in Topo Athletics. Note: the toe box seems to be the same width in Medium and in Wide, so if you have narrow heels, skip the wide. Plenty of toe room.

Nice to finally have enough padding in Topos. However, the Wide was too wide in the heel for me.

Really like this shoe, has a roomy toe box and comfortable lacing. Easy to walk in and well padded, conforms to the foot quickly. Wish the color selection was better, it makes the shoe (and foot) look dowdy, but so comfortable I will keep them.

This is a great shoe if you have a narrow heel and wide forefoot. Was pleasantly surprised by the roomy toe box, made walking so much easier and toes did not tingle from being too close together or a raised sole under toe area. Also helped with lower back discomfort. Good grippy sole. Laces are a little short, the lace holes at the top are awkward.

I bought Topo 4 just recently. Great. This new style has an outside band which hurts baby toe corn.

I usually wear a size 10. I ordered a 10.5, my to was hitting the front of the shoe. I'll try the size 11

This brand fits my wide foot well. I do not have to go up a half size.

First time trying Topo. Excellent sole cushion. I am exchanging for a wide as I prefer a wider toe box.

Comfortable right out of the box. Worn all day on a hike and my bunion loves them. Thank you Topo for making these shoes!

I had this brand a few years back and wanted to get them again. My former size of 9 ended up too small in the length and probably was that way a few years ago. I sent the 9 back and just went up half a size to 9.5 and they are perfect! Greet fit and love the roomier toe bed. Love the brand and Love shopping through Zappos!

This is my sixth or seventh pair of Topos. I love the roomy toe box in all I own (road runner, trail runners, and hiking boots!) Some may say I have an addiction, but discomfort isn't an option in my active lifestyle.

The toe box comfort is unmatched with any other brand i have tried - the shoe cushion is great - truly a great brand of shoes

I broke my foot a few years ago. Other shoes have seemed to tight. These are very comfortable, room. I also have ankle problem and have not been able to adjust to the barefoot or zero drop because of this. Topo are nice that they offer a bit of a rise. These are only 3 mm and I'm still adjusting. I also got a pair of the ultra adventure. I believe they are 5 mm stack height. That seems to be working better for my to podiatric injuries.

Use solely for hiking mountainous trails in the sierras and rockies. Great shoe and A+ support and very waterproof. I find the Vibram Megagrip to be grippy on clean rock surfaces (even wet), BUT...it isn't great on slopes with gravel. I've never had more trouble slipping and falling on steep descents than with this shoe...might have something to do with the lugs and/or the heel lug pattern. Unfortunately this will force me to consider another shoe rather than repurchasing a pair of these.

These are the best shoes. HOWEVER - sizing and fit of at least the ST-5 is soooo inconsistent. I've tried on many 8s and 8.5s in this model, and nothing fit as well as my original 8's. Some slightly wider or tighter across the widest part of the foot, some slightly shorter or less room in the big toe area. Please Topo, get it together because this is the perfect shoe for someone who can't do full barefoot shoes all the time, transition shoe, or shoe for someone who wants to move naturally but isn't interested in full barefoot shoes.

Wear all day. Very comfortable. Not as much padding as magnify fly zero drop which I own but still a good feel. Like them more than MF because less padding.

I wear these almost daily for hiking the trails with my pup and playing golf occassionally. The fit and feel is the best that i've found in the wide toe box category which is great for my Fred Flintstone feet!

These slippers will work for me after I return them for a half size larger. They have nice arch support, stay on, and are warm. So hard to find in a slipper these days.

I reeeallly love the Cyclone 3's but have been frustrated with the abysmal durability (I barely got 150 miles out of my last pair before the upper tore and completely separated from the sole) so I thought I'd try these as something more durable for daily training. My first few runs in this shoe were great! Fast, lightweight and fun! But unfortunately as the miles stacked on I started developing unusual soreness in my ankle (posterior tib) that gradually got worse with each run and has since dissipated after switching back to my old shoes. I think the high-stacked pebax makes this shoe just a little too unstable. Also why the giant heel/whale tail in the back of the shoe? I'm not sure the reasoning for that but even as a forefoot runner I found it rather odd at times and made the shoe feel more clunky and unnatural. I know Topo's onto the super high stacked shoe trend now but would really love to see some more moderately stacked options like the Magniflys or Cyclones.

The toe box provides enough room. It does feel like slight arch support but I'm ok with it cause I need a small bit when I run. Good if your trying to transition to a more barefoot style. The cushioning is good such that my feet aren't sore after a run and I can still feel the ground and don't feel like I'm running on 2" of cushion. Just wish they had more colors
