They felt snug. My toes were not right at the end, but the toe box is really narrow and my toes felt cramped. I go between sizes 11-12 in shoes. 12 normally gives me a nice comfortable fit with a little room, I ordered a 12 in these and they fit me more like an 11 would. Cute style overall. Just didn't fit me comfortably.

Would be so comfy if it wasn't open in back to flop/slide your foot/heel out. also uncomfy on top of foot as you walk.

Original size was too small, ordered up and one foot slipped inside shoe, so too big. Sad because I really liked the style.

These boots were comfortable the first time I wore them. Warm too!

The material is very soft and the inside is fluffy and cozy. I wear them everywhere!

The fit and size was perfect but, the heel of my foot slipped out with or without a sock on.

They are comfy and warm

I could barely get these on. It could be the style, but then when I did finally get them on, they were very snug and too small. I normally wear a size 9 but Zappos suggested I get a size 8. We've purchased Bear Paws before and have had to size down to allow for stretch, but these felt very small and uncomfortable. I am disappointed because I love the style and really wanted to love these!

I really needed size 9.5

The short boots fabric and lining felt great. My usual size is 9 1/2 to 10, so ordering a 10 was the obvious choice. This left plenty of room for thick socks and allowed an easy slip on/slip off. The fit was as expected, so sizing seemed to be average. The problem was that a looser fit allowed the boot to slip up and down with every step. This was annoying indoors when trying the boots, and would be much worse when walking on the snow and ice we have outside right now. Probably even unsafe on the slippery uneven surface when the boot would be so insecure and offer no support for my ankle. If there were a strap across the ankle to allow the fit to be tightened, it might have been better. The suede outer and the fleece inner were very nice: soft and warm. The tread looked like it would be good in snow. I noticed no arch support, but I think the fleece insole would lift out and allow additional support to be added under that.

My heel slipped and felt unsteady

Warm, soft, cozy. Husband likes these a lot. The firm sole is good for stepping outside on the deck and is non slip on our wood floors at home. Great slippers and at a reasonable price.

Very comfortable shoe but ran small on me. The shaft is plush and lined with a soft velvety material and the shoe has a Sherpa wool insole. I have narrower calves (13.5in) and they fit perfectly/almost tight so be warned if you have larger calves.

NO arch support at all! I wish I'd read this, I read all reviews, before purchasing! Also, too much furry stuff!

These were very roomy - a little much so - but the dealbreaker was how slick the soles are. They have plenty of tread but the sole material is hard and not grippy at all - honestly felt like I could skate across the hardwood floor in them. Sad because they are super cute!

The biggest problem was no arch support whatsoever. Slippers are for hanging out in and need some support for me.

I'm replacing a 12 yo pair of Ugg classics that are worn out. I love bear paw and decided to give them another go this winter. LOVE them! I especially like Bear Paw because they have a tread. Very important.

Normally I wear 7.5, so ordered the 8. The length was fine, but the instep pinched. And the heel slipped. I did love the gray color, though.

These boots are so cute! I put my orthotic inserts in them which gives me support! Only drawback is that to get them on, you pull the sweater part and it literally ripped first time I put them on! I’ll keep wearing them bc the rip isn’t visible - but they are HARD to get on!

Didn't even try them on. I bought these because the ad states they're made with natural wool lining, but they're not; it's basically polyester, mixed with a little wool. Eeew. microplastics.

These slipper-style shoes are incredibly comfortable and cozy and perfect for everyday wear. They have a soft, snuggly feel, with great cushioning and warm lining.

it said true to size. I'm a 7 in Bear Paws and Ugg boots. I couldn't get my feet in these!
