There is no padding on the top of the shoe so the stiff material hurts after wear.

I’ve been wearing these since the late 70’s … still the same great shoe.

Love these so much, a classic fit and the rust color is radical.

I have always bought the same size Vans authentic...these were longer than previous ones.

I bought these to replace an earlier model of the Ultrarange Rapid Weld line. I am really disappointed that the tongue and footbed lack the extra soft cushioning of the discontinued model. Will return and find a brand that offers more cushion.

I've worn these shoes nearly daily for the past 3 years and they are holding up like new. Great shoe.

Excellent quality and fit! Knocked off a star for "style" because the white elastic piece near the tongue makes it look like I'm wearing white socks.

I've had dozens of pairs of Vans and these are the lightest, most minimal version you can get. I still can't seem to get the model's right when ordering. These have no padding around the ankle - just a reinforced heel and stitching. FYI.

Great shoes!

My son loves this shoe. Very comfortable. He had the older version for years and loved them so much that he wore them until they basically disintegrated. Very glad that we were able to find these shoes again!

I love my checkerboard vans. I wear them everywhere. This is my first time buying the platform version. I will never go back . They are so comfortable and so cute!

Love that there is a wide version of these slip ons. It makes these more comfortable for me who has a wider foot. I recommend. I ordered 2 colors. Wish they had more colors or styles available for the wide version

So grateful that Vans has a wide option for their Authentic shoes! I have loved Vans for awhile, but switching to the wide option has opened up a whole new word of comfort. I'm now on my 5th pair of the black and white colorway. I only wish there were more color options available because I would probably get them.
